These are the qualities inherent in every human soul.  Whatever our thoughts, words or actions, essentially these qualities are what we are trying to express. They come from our core and create harmony. 

When these are not the qualities being expressed, then one of the qualities has gone into the negative. For example if we find that we are being controlling and want to make things happen in a certain way, instead of expressing love, we express the opposite which might be fear and worry.  Love frees, fear and worry creates negativity for you and the person you are worrying about.

If we were to work with these qualities, to become aware of them, and use them daily, you will find that life takes on a magical quality that you never knew possible.  This is guaranteed.  It is an unwritten spiritual law of the universe.

Try this little game now.  Look at all the qualities. Now shut your eyesfor a few moments, open them and notice how one in particular is attracting itself to you more than the others.  Notice your mind wants to choose one which is probably different to the one that is attracting you.  Your eyes keep going back to that one.  Make a note of that one.  During your day take some time to think about how this quality might make your life better.  If you have a specific problem ask yourself how this quality might solve your problem.  You might find it very hard to believe that magic can happen so simply, yet it does! Apply this quality, that is already inherent in you, to your problem and voila! The problem is not only solved, but it is solved in a way that is mutually benefical to all concerned in the situation in a clean and beautiful way!
